As a CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine) qualified and registered nutritional therapist, I address your dietary needs and habits and create a sustainable naturopathic nutrition protocol for your long-term healthy eating goals.

This includes an in-depth discussion about the following topics, based on the information that you will fill in in advance of our consultation. I will use the information to prepare a relevant outline that will ensure our telephone discussion is focused on those areas specific to your present needs. I will ask questions about the following to gain a detailed picture of your life-style in order to then create an appropriate 6-week plan for you to follow that you will be able to commit to following and manage comfortably.
