Yoga Classes can include Hatha Vinyasa, Kryias, Kundalini, and Pranayama.

Markas Michmel is a yoga instructor having learnt from "Yoga Capital of the World" Rishikesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India.

Yoga is the practice, process and state achieved through various physical and mental practices such as the use of:

  • Asanas (static postures)
  • Vinyasa (dynamic movement from one posture to another, synchronised with breath)
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques for balancing physiology and prana)
  • Devotion (towards the practice and your-self)
  • Faith (opening and alignment of the Heart)
  • Contemplation (opening and alignment of the Mind).

In general Yoga is a holistic practice and discipline that helps the individual unlock their full potential working with the energy systems that are within the body and mind.
